Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are specified at the point of deposit and may be updated from time to time.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ong918 does not accept third-party funding. Deposits from a payment method belonging to another person will be returned and may trigger a compliance review.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) procedures. ong918 may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are indicative only; ong918 does not guarantee completion within any specific timeframe, though reasonable efforts are made to process verified withdrawals promptly.
Where a bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of the bonus amount or any winnings attributable to bonus funds. ong918 reserves the right to deduct bonus amounts from a withdrawal request where wagering conditions remain outstanding.

ong918 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it has been placed using incorrect or erroneous odds, where a system error has occurred, where the outcome of an event was known at the time of betting, or where the integrity of the event is in question. Voided bets are refunded at stake only.

ong918's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ong918 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party service failures, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. ong918 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime in such circumstances.
ong918's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the ong918 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
